Step into a sanctuary of calm where stress dissolves and your entire being feels restored.  This transformative experience is designed to nurture the body, quiet the mind, and uplift the spirit, leaving you grounded, clear, and deeply at peace.  Each session weaves together a variety of gentle yet powerful practices, including:​

  • Brief consultation – Discuss goals and set intention. 

  • Guided Meditation – Healing meditation applying visualization and breathing techniques.

  • Tibetan Singing Bowl  – Sound vibration to promote deep relaxation. 

  • Chakra Assessment and Balancing - Restoring optimal energy flow throughout the seven major chakras.

  • Energy Healing – Utilizing a non-touch energy healing technique that promotes deep relaxation and stress reduction to improve overall health and well-being. This healing method stimulates and accelerates the body’s natural self-healing process on an emotional, physical, and spiritual level. 

  • Energy Review & Insights - Discussion of what arose in the energy - highlighting any imbalances in chakras, areas of dense energy, and what these patterns may indicate.

  • Spiritual Coaching - Guidance and practical exercises to continue moving the energy forward, supporting integration, growth, and alignment with the life you desire.

Intentional Life Coaching

$80 for a 60-minute session or
$200 for 3 session package (a $40 savings) 

   Through Intentional Life Coaching, you will gain insight, set purposeful intentions, and            create practical steps to bring your vision to life. In this process, you will gain an                      understanding on how to:

  • Clarify your life vision and align with your true purpose.

  • Set intentions that flow from the heart and honor your values and inner wisdom.

  • Develop intentional language that inspires action and growth.

  • Strengthen your spirit to move through challenges with grace.

  • Build confidence, resilience, and forward momentum.

  • Make empowered decisions that match your values.

  • Stay accountable and celebrate your progress.

 

Additionally, you will receive meditations designed to support and enhance the forward momentum of your growth and experiences.

Intuitive Spiritual Coaching

  • Detect and remove negative or stagnant energy to create a more positive and harmonious environment

  • Provide instructions and strategies on how to maintain a light and peaceful atmosphere
